No editing apart from adding the border.
I quite like how it's a little muted.

I know its not a particularly original concept but phooey. It looks pretty.

This is beautiful picture. It has a lot of depth, and as other people have mentioned the longer you look at it the more you see. Wow. Are you having a great summer? I lived in NZ a long time ago, and I loved it. I am trying to convince my wife we need to move there. Maybe after I get my MBA.

Talk all year if you have to, convince your wife to do it!
New Zealand is the most wonderful place to bring up children too ;) (No idea if you have, had, or are planning to have kids...)
And it's utterly beautiful :) Yes summer is going well, it's gone in my opinion as I'm finishing at my summer job tommorrow and getting back into the study on monday.
Thanks very much for the compliment on my photo, may I ask, how did you find it?
I bought it on a mousepad for myself and it looks pretty neat :)
(Thanks also for the fave, I really apprciate it-and your lovely comment)

I will keep trying. I have been all over the world and the place I love the most is NZ. Yes we have children, 5 of them. From 8 to almost 1. What are you studying.
I found your picture simply by browsing deviant art

Oh I really like that

I think when I get money I shall support a fellow artist and buy that as a mouse pad

It's so beautiful, I don't think I could be annoyed if I looked at it, which is always a bonus coz the computers can be stupid somtimes :shakefist:

i have to agree with misslittlewood. you could definently make this a print as i have seen many prints before (not on DA) of flower photography like this.

you have captured it really well :)

If you don't count Uni f***ing things up constantly, annoying the crap out of me; My summer is perfect :D. Spending almost everyday with the person/people I like, and just hanging out. Can't believe Uni got me so frustrated that I ended up snapping at people on several occasions though; I NEVER get angry like that usually, the worst that most people have seen from me is a frown. But overall, I think there is more good than bad :).

Well I didn't get in, so now I have to do a BA for a year instead; Will probably reapply next year though.

t's just infuriating how they take forever before they tell you in you're accepted or declined, and it's almost impossible to get any information promptly. My boyfriend actually called the uni to ask if there was a problem, they said to wait a week and call again. He had to go to the course advice day and bug the people for a proper reply. It turned out they say he's short on ONE level one numeracy credit because he did Cambridge that year and not NCEA . Everything's fine now, but they're just so disorganised and then they have the gal to get annoyed when you have to call/email them for help.

:faint: I think that is absolutely stunning. I would look fantastic as a print. I have something very similar that i bought from Ikea and its not as nice as this, but i paid 50 for it! The more you look at it, the more depth and dimension you see. Like the petals are curling into your vision. Excellent job! Well done. You should be really proud of this.

The problem with the Print thing, is that your originals must be HUUGGEE to get a decent sized print (2000x2000 minimum) However, you can also make them into Mugs, Mousemats and coasters... Which is nice. I am thinking of getting one of my own things as a mug to take to work. Just to give me a little dA Boost when im unhappy..

A lot of people on dA are following a new trend of submitting devs just for mugs and stuff. Usually with some sort of witty slogan on it. One to think about when i get an artistic block. (Like Now :shakefist:)
